  • User experience design
  • We deliver a complete user experience design for your new or existing application/website. We do the initial analysis to establish the requirements based on the user's needs, and we take on the entire design process including interaction design, visual design as well as usability testing and detailed specifications.
Also, see our user-centered design process.

  • Usability testing and evaluation
Not sure how to improve your application? The best way to find out what is broken is to do a usability test. The test will give important insights about the usability of your application and is supplemented with ideas on how to improve the usability.
A faster way to find usability issues in your application is to do an expert evaluation. We identify issues regarding ease of use, learnability, and best practice violations.

  • User research
We can help you learn about your users by doing interviews, user observations, focus groups and other types of qualitative research. On the basis of this research we can also create personas that will help you achieve a user focus during your design and development process.
  •

  • Workshop facilitation
We plan and lead workshops for clients who needs to do group work such as analysis of target audience, vision and strategy work, idea generation, sketching, rapid prototyping or all combined.

  • Speaks and courses
Do you need to learn about usability, user behavior or interaction design? Or how to design for mobile platforms or web applications? We deliver various speaks or courses about these topics and much more.

Said about us

"We had the pleasure of Ingrid's talk about usability recently. With her
infectious enthusiasm and great knowledge about usability she gave the entire audience a good insight into what good - and not the least bad - design is. No doubt we will use some of the tools the suggested, and that we got our vision on and interest in usability sharpened."
