  • Usability testing and evaluation
    Not sure how to improve your application? The best way to find out what is broken is to do a usability test. The test will give important insights about the usability of your application and is supplemented with ideas on how to improve the usability.
    A faster way to find usability issues in your application is to do an expert evaluation. We identify issues regarding ease of use, learnability, and best practice violations.

     

  • User research and personas
    We can help you learn about your users by doing interviews, user observations, focus groups and other types of qualitative research.
    On the basis of this research we can create personas. A persona is a description of a typical user portrayed as a “real person” with name, age, interests, concerns, preferences and personal attributes. Personas help you achieve a user focus during your design and development process.
     
  • Workshop facilitation
    We plan and lead workshops for clients who needs to do group work such as analysis of target audience, vision and strategy work, idea generation, sketching, rapid prototyping or all combined.
