New web application: ZenBilling

We have created the interaction design for a brand new web application called ZenBilling.

ZenBilling manages online sales, communication and newsletter services. It is directed towards consultants, coaches and educators, who are using the internet as a platform for sales and community building.

 

The design aims at being intuitive and easy-to-use for entrepreneurs who are not experts in finance. It emphasizes learnability and a playful attitude towards managing finances, customers and communication.

 

Designing user-friendly interfaces

This booklet gives a short introduction to the field of usability and interaction design. It explains the concept of usability, introduces the most important methods and techniques in the field, and presents 7 valuable design principles.
