Usable Machine has helped Sirius IT develop a video and tv portal.

The project was kicked off by a workshop with brainstorms and design exercises. For this we used personas and scenarios in order to address the users needs and behaviors, and the participants were asked to come up with various designs based on single and multiple personas.

The ideas were then transformed into an information architecture for a video portal that will work well in connection to the institution's current website. After a couple of design iterations the design was completed and delivered as detailed wireframes.

The solution includes both live tv and on-demand options and makes the video content available throughout the website, wherever it is relevant.

Usable Machine has contributed by planning and driving the workshop and creating the wireframes.
