User Experience Designer
Ingrid has previously worked for this software giant for 4 years in an international team of user experience designers and researchers. The task was to design ERP systems that were both very complex and at the same time easy to use. The products were Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics AX, and the work included explorative user research, iterative design processes, usability testing, writing user interface guidelines, and much more.
- Danish Broadcasting Corporation (Danmarks Radio) (2002-2005)
Team Lead, Project Manager and Information Architect
Ingrid was a part of the design team in Danmarks Radio, designing for the web and applications. The most notable projects were a complete redesign of dr.dk, where Ingrid did information architecture for major sub-sites as well as the overall user interface guidelines for dr.dk. She also did interaction design for internal systems, as well as Flash and mobile applications.
- RedSpark (2001-2002)
Interface Designer
Ingrid was a part of a small dot.com startup, founded by a group of people from Autodesk. RedSpark developed an innovative online communication and trade platform for the manufacturing industry. The work included interaction design, information architecture, usability testing, and visual design.
